Use this form to request a key to activate purchased ScanToPDF products

Please enter the ScanToPDF Serial number from the "Help>>About ScanToPDF" window of the ScanToPDF software
Use the Copy Info button in the "Edit>>Options>>Application" window of ScanToPDF and paste that information into here.
Please enter the organisation name for the key request
Please enter an email address we should send the key to
Please enter your first and surname so we can address the emails we send to you correctly
Please include the order number, invoice number, purchase order number or shopper email address used to make the purchase
