WebDAV Settings

The WebDAV integration plugin provides connectivity to WebDAV compliant servers to enable automatic upload of documents
1. Server Name
Enter the server name for the WebDAV server
2. Use Windows Authentication
Checking this option indicates that the connection will use Windows authentication to connect to the server rather than supplying a server user name and password
3. User Name
Enter the user name for authentication to connect to the WebDAV server
4. Password
Enter the password for the user name for authentication to connect to the WebDAV server
5. Port number
Enter the port number used to connect to the WebDAV server (usually port 80 or port 443)
6. Base path
Enter the base path of the folder on the WebDAV server
NOTE
Base path must start with a forward slash, for example
/accounts
7. Remote Folder
Enter the name of the remote folder on the WebDAV server where documents will be uploaded into
NOTE
If no remote folder is supplied then the base path will be used
If a remote folder is supplied it must start AND end in a forward slash, for example
/{Date:yyyy-MM-dd}/
Would create a WebDAV folder for each day
8. Auto create folder
Checking this option indicates the any folders required for the WebDAV transfer will be created as necessary
9. Delete local output file
Checking this option indicates that any local file created will be deleted once WebDAV transfer has been successful
10. Local error folder
Enter the name of a local folder to use for error files to be stored
11. Test WebDAV connection settings
Use this button to test the connection to the WebDAV server using the credentials provided
